Donation Pick Up

While the ReStore offers free pickup of donated items, monetary donations are greatly appreciated to help cover the costs of fuel, insurance, and labor. 

To schedule a pickup, please contact the ReStore Manager. We will ask for the pickup address, contact name, and phone number, along with details and photos about the items you wish to donate. Available pickup days will be provided at the time of scheduling.

We recommend calling 5–7 days in advance of your preferred pickup date. Please note that spring and summer are our busiest seasons, and additional advance notice may be required.

While an exact pickup time cannot be scheduled, you will receive a confirmation call by noon on the day of pickup with a two-hour arrival window. If we are unable to reach you, a voicemail will be left, so please check your messages.

Donated items must be placed outside, in a garage, or on the first floor. For safety and liability reasons, our drivers are not permitted to carry items up or down stairs. Appliances must be disconnected prior to pickup, as drivers are unable to dismantle or disassemble items. Bed headboards, footboards, and side rails must be dismantled before the scheduled pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason.
