Jeff, Sierra, and the entire Ballard family officially closed on their new home — Habitat for Humanity–Clinton County Build #50 — on October 30, 2025!
Construction began in March with a groundbreaking on the 14th. Despite cold weather and a very wet spring, our incredible volunteer build crew completed the home in just seven months, working only a couple of days each week.
We are humbled and proud of the dedication and teamwork that made this milestone possible. A heartfelt thank-you to our build crew, everyone who provided lunches, our suppliers, and our Board for helping us reach this amazing achievement — 50 homes in 30 years!
We wish Jeff, Sierra, and their 4 children many happy years to come in their new home!
We’re already hard at work on Home #51 and look forward to completing it early next year. The future looks bright as we continue our mission to build affordable, energy-efficient homes for families in need.
